MHA calls meeting to discuss Gurdaspur terror attack

New Delhi, July 27 (ANI): The Ministry of Home Affairs has called a meeting to discuss the Gurdaspur terror attack at 6 p.m. today.

The meeting is to be attended by the Defence Ministry, National Security Agency (NSA) and officials from other security agencies.

Three civilians, four police personnel and two militants have been killed until now in the attack.

Meanwhile, security has been enhanced across Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of the attack, which has so far claimed the lives of 10 people, including six civilians.

Security has also been beefed up at the North and South Block.

The Special Forces team has reached the location of the terror attack, which has been cordoned off. (ANI)
