MHA dubs DDCA probe committee as `unconditional`

New Delhi, Jan.8 (ANI): The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday declared that the probe committee formed by Delhi Government to look into the affairs of the Delhi and District Cricket Board (DDCA) was `unconditional and illegal`.

In an open letter to Delhi government, Lt Governor’s Secretariat SCL Das questioned the formation of committee, saying that the elected Government of National Capital territory of Delhi is neither the Central Government nor the State Government , and therefore, they are not allowed to form a commission of inquiry.
