London, July 20 (ANI): U.S. Defence Secretary Ashton Carter has said that military action could be used to prevent Iran from developing a nuclear bomb despite the agreement struck last week.
According to BBC, Carter made the comments as he was en route to Israel, the first leg of his Middle East tour.
Carter is seeking to ease Israel’s concerns as it is one of the most vocal critics of the nuclear deal with Iran.
Carter also said that he was “not going to change anybody’s mind in Israel”. (ANI)
