Mumbai, April, 10 (CINEWS): Actor Inder Kumar had been denounced by a 25-year-old model of assaulting her twice in 2014. As per a report in Mid-day.com, the model removed at an exceptional womens’ court on Thursday.
The performing artist was charged by the young lady in 2014 and a body of evidence was enlisted against him. She had claimed that the on-screen character had assaulted and mercilessly struck her twice in a time of three days by promising her driving parts in Bollywood motion pictures. As indicated by sources said in the report, the young lady affirmed under the steady gaze of the court about the entire occurrence, recognizing Inder Kumar as the person who attacked her.
The charges documented against Kumar were surrounded by the same court which was directed by Special Judge A S Shende. Inder Kumar is being attempted under Sections 376 (assault), 342 (wrongful control), 324 (deliberately bringing about hurt by perilous weapons or means), 325 (willfully creating shocking hurt), 504 (purposeful affront with goal to incite break of the peace) and 506(ii) (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is likewise specified that the model had guaranteed that the on-screen character had ambushed and hit her with a lager packaged and she was restricted to the performing artist’s home for a night.
