Modi has created ‘Brand India’ and a diaspora that is globally respected, says BJP

New Delhi, Sept.7 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign visits have contributed over Rs. 37 crores to the national exchequer, and he has been successful in his mission of creating “Brand India” as well as ensuring global respect for Indian diaspora, said Bharatiya Janata Party leader Siddharth Nath Singh on Monday.

“What was the brand in India created by Manmohan Singh’s visit? And, what is the brand created by PM Modi is quite visible. The PM has created a diaspora and that diaspora is getting respected globally.” Singh told ANI.

“I think the Congress needs to introspect, needs to have constructive politics, rather than having a disruptive and negative politics which they are following.” he added.

Reacting on Samajwadi Party’s president Mulayam Singh Yadav comment of ‘wrong policies of the Congress brought BJP to power’ Singh said “What Mulayam Singh has said is certainly true, that it was the policies followed by the Congress against which the people of the country have punished the Congress in 2014. Now, certainly in 2017, the people of Uttar Pradesh will punish Mr. Mulayam Singh because he supported the Congress.” (ANI)
