Money centric films don`t excite me, says Rajat Kapoor

New Delhi, Oct. 22(ANI): Bollywood actor Rajat Kapoor recently revealed that movies only concerned with money do not interest him, as he likes to take up films that try to do something new.

When asked what makes him choose a film, the cast, the director or the script, the 54-year-old actor, who will be next seen in ‘Mantra,’ told ANI that he never does a film for the cast and added that it’s always the script, the director and his role in the movie that makes him choose a film.

Further talking about movies that are critically acclaimed but don’t do well at the box office, the ‘Bheja Fry’ star said films that are aimed only at the box office do not interest and excite him.

He added that he doesn’t watch such films and does not want to be a part of them. What excites him is a cinema that tries to do something new and unusual.
