London, Oct.16 (ANI): Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has described the Football Association’s decision to fine him 50,000 pounds for misconduct as absolutely disgraceful, and added that the potential one-match ban is equally astonishing.
Mourinho received a one-match stadium ban and a fine for comments made by him after Chelsea’s 1-3 defeat to Southampton.
According to the Guardian, Mourinho had said that referees had grown ‘afraid’ to give decisions in his team’s favour.
The 52-year-old believed that every word uttered by him was a risk in his eyes, as he was not far away from receiving an electronic tag.
The electronic tag is a device used to monitor a person electronically, commonly used as a form of punishment. (ANI)
