Nepal Deputy PM arrives in Delhi, says will discuss fuel shortage crisis with Indian leadership

New Delhi, Oct.17 (ANI): Nepal’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Kamal Thapa on Saturday said he will be discussing several issues of mutual concern with the Indian leadership, including the fuel shortage crisis in Nepal, during his three-day visit to India.

“I am here for a three-day official visit. During my stay here, I will discuss several issues of our mutual concerns. And definitely, one issue which we will be going to discuss is the crisis which we are facing at the moment in our country. Because of disruption in the vehicular movement, the Nepalese people are facing severe crisis of fuel shortages. I will discuss with the concerned officials,” Thapa told the media here.

Thapa has earlier said that he was looking forward to his meeting with Sushma Swaraj and senior Indian government officials during his visit.(ANI)
