Kathmandu, Mar.29 (ANI): Nepal Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli expressed concern over delays in post-earthquake reconstruction works and issued a directive to the concerned authorities to expedite the campaign.
Inaugurating the seminar on reconstruction organised by the National Reconstruction Authority, Oli said that he was not satisfied with the pace of work by the government as well as the reconstruction works, reports The Himalayan Times.
He stated that delay in the reconstruction campaign due to impediments would not be tolerated and employees delaying in works under any pretext from now onwards would be transferred.
Oli further said that he is ready to do everything on behalf of the Council of Ministers or Parliament for that cause.
The Prime Minister also underlined the need of mobilising the youth volunteers in the reconstruction works.(ANI)
