The 35-year-old Backstreet Boys artist was captured on Jan. 13 on suspicion of offense battery after supposedly getting into a bar fight at Hog’s Breath Saloon in Key West. He spent the night in prison before he was discharged on a $1,500 bond. Carter has argued not liable, court records appear.
