Patna, Sep 10 (ANI): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday alleged that the Congress, which got disturbed following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘hawalabaaz’ jibe, would gradually reduce to four seats if it does not bring a change in its obstructionist attitude.
“Those making uncalled for comments against the Prime Minister must realize that they would get a befitting reply. Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji is serving the nation and the Congress is obstructing the same by stalling proceedings in the Parliament. You (Congress) are free to oppose the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Modi, but you should not oppose the nation’s development,” said BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain.
“The Congress is obstructing important bills of the nation and when Narendra Modi ji posed the same question that there is one group which is obstructing the nation’s development then the Congress got disturbed. The Congress should self-introspect that it is gradually losing its popularity in the country because of this attitude. From 400 seats they came down to 40 seats and if their attitude remains the same then they would not even win more than four seats,” he added.
Prime Minister Modi had earlier criticised the Congress for disrupting Parliament and described them as a group of ‘ hawalabaaz’ who are terrorised due to strong black money laws initiated by his government. (ANI)
