Mumbai, March 26 (CINEWS): Andhra hotshot Pawan Kalyan, who confesses to being an extremist Amitabh Bachchan fan, pays a tribute to the Indian silver screen legend in his up and coming film ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’.
As should be obvious, he has a notice of ‘Mr Natwarlal’ stuck on the divider in his Indo-Western film.
Discussing his fixation on the Huge B in his growing up days, the performer says, “I cherish Amitabh Bachchan and am distraught about him. I would start up ruckuses for him. I met him when I was in the eighth grade in school. He was shooting for ‘Mahaan’. My senior sibling, Chiranjeevi was likewise shooting a film for the same makers. What’s more, that is the way I handled the chance to meet my godlike object in individual.”
The on-screen character includes, “I can at present feel the coldness of his hand. That is an ordeal I have put away in my heart and psyche.”
A source reviews how decades later, the two hotshots by and by met at the Tirupati hallowed place, “them two were clearly there to look for Master Balaji’s endowments. Also, obviously, Pawan needed Bachchan to do the darshan first.”
