New Delhi, Oct 8 (ANI): Congress leader R.P.N. Singh on Thursday said that it is high time that Prime Minister Narendra Modi comes forward and makes his stand clear on the Dadri lynching incident instead of attempting to give a new twist to the controversy.
“I think the Prime Minister should come forward and lead as the President did. Instead of condemning issues, he is trying to give a new twist,” Singh told ANI.
“I find it extremely strange and saddening .It is not important what he is saying in his speeches, but what are the critical points missing in his speech. He has still not condemned what has happened in Dadri,” he added.
Singh further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs and MLAs are spewing poison in Uttar Pradesh which is shocking.
“The ministers of his government are spewing venom of communal violence in Uttar Pradesh but the PM doesn’t seem to be making any noise or condemning those incidents,” Singh said (ANI)
