Public input sought in Toronto stabbing case; 3 hurt

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with a stabbing investigation.

The police said that  on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at 4:25 a.m., approximately six-to-eight men were involved in an argument on the southeast corner of Bathurst Street and College Street.

The argument escalated into a fight. As a result, a 21-year-old man, a 26-year-old man, and a 31-year-old man received stab wounds.

The 21-year-old man and 26-year-old man were taken to hospital and treated; – the 31-year-old man received more serious injuries and was taken to hospital .

Police are requesting assistance from anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed the incident, in particular, anyone who may have recorded any part of the incident on a cell phone or other video recording device.
