Pulkit Samrat starrer ‘Veerey Ki Weeding’ hit the theatres today.
Set in Delhi, the film revolves around lovers who take the whole duration of the film to get married with the blessings of their parents.
The technique used to introduce the hero, Pulkit Samrat as Veer and heroine, Kriti Kharbanda played as Geet harks back to the 1990s.
While the camera concentrates on Veer’s swagger and ‘chaudi chathi’, in case of Geet, it pans from her backside to her bosom and predictably, the girl and the boy donning a dungree break into a song with Hinglish lyrics, ‘Ignore kar na, banda bada mind blowing’.
Ashu Trikha directorial ‘Veerey Ki Weeding’ also featured Pulkit Samrat, Jimmy Shergill, Kriti Kharbanda in prominant role.–CINEWS
