In fact, The State Minister of Entertainment Department UP, Madan Chauhan has announced the tax free status for the film. The reason behind this move is apparently to encourage filmmakers to shoot more in the state for which the filmmakers will get complete support from the Government. As for Sultan’s tax free status, the film will enjoy a tax break not just in multiplexes but in single screens as well, along with a special scheme that will be brought in by the government later.

Sultan was shot at Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh as of late is coordinated by Ali Abbas Zafar additionally stars Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh. The film is set to hit the screens in Eid this year.
