Seventh India Runway Week to be held in September

New Delhi, Aug 2 (IANS) The seventh edition of India Runway Week will take place here on September 16-18.

Initiated by the Indian Federation for Fashion Development (IFFD), the India Runway Week is a direct manifestation of the federation’s commitment to establish young talent within the business of fashion.

IFFD founder Avinash Pathania said in a statement: “We are delighted to announce the dates for the upcoming season of IRW. We endeavour to work around local fashion calendar and we try to avoid clashes with other significant fashion events.”

Kiran Kheva, Fashion Director of IFFD, also shared that they are planning a number of innovations to continue reaching new heights this season.

There will be dedicated presentations by New-Gen, Budding, Upcoming and Established young designers at the fashion gala.

It will feature some of the season’s most anticipated young designer brands and established street labels and will also serve as a launching platform for some of the winter/festive season’s designer festive collections.
