New Delhi, Oct 15 (ANI): Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, who was recently spotted promoting his upcoming movie ‘Shaandaar’ along with Alia Bhatt, said that he felt quite intimidated sharing the screen space with his father and veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor.
Expressing to media, the 34-year-old actor said, “I was very intimidated in the beginning to share screen space with him. But on the same hand, it was a big deal for me. I was excited that I would finally be getting a chance to act with him. I hope at least five out of hundred people notice me when we are together on screen. However, it was really fun to work with him. Many times, I ended up staring at him.”
The ‘Haider’ star asserted that his father has a childlike innocence which never makes other realize that he is such a veteran actor.
The father-son duo will be seen sharing the screen in Vikas Behl’s upcoming directorial ‘Shaandaar’.
‘Shaandaar’, a romantic-fairytale flick starring Shahid and Alia in lead roles, is Bollywood’s first movie to have destination-wedding as its plot.
The movie is scheduled to hit the screens on 22 October this year. (ANI)
