Sheena Bora murder case will be professionally monitored, says new Mumbai Police chief

Mumbai, Sept.8 (ANI): New Mumbai Police Commissioner Ahmed Javed on Tuesday said the investigation in the Sheena Bora murder case will be professionally monitored in the way it deserves.

“Talking on the Sheena Bora case, the investigation is a team work and at this stage the accused is already in the judicial custody. So, the investigation will be monitored in the right professional way, as it deserves,” Jawed told media here.

“Talking about our agenda, security, law and order and at the same time the safety of women and children is the top priority,” Javed added.

Javed replaced Rakesh Maria on the orders of Maharashtra Government. Rakesh Maria has been made Director General of Maharashtra Home Guards.

Rakesh Maria was much in the news these days due to Mumbai Police’s ongoing investigations in the Sheena Bora murder case. (ANI)
