Mumbai, December 10 (CINEWS): A Shiv Sena MLA has requested that the Maharashtra government stop the arrival of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s up and coming film “Bajirao Mastani”. The film, featuring Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone is planned to discharge on December 18.
Pratap Sarnaik, MLA from Thane locale, in a memorandum submitted to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has encouraged him not to permit the arrival of the film till the hostile, disputable scenes in the film are not cut.
“The film be first shown to the administrators and after that just the authorization be allowed for its discharge,” Sarnaik said.
