Sydney, 13 July (ANI): Australian actor Hugh Jackman has revealed that his childhood regret was not taking dancing lessons because an influential person in his life called him a “sissy”.
Whilst promoting the new Peter Pan movie at Comic-Con in San Diego, the ‘X-Men’ star expressed his sadness by saying that he really wished if he could take back the decision when he was 12 to not go and do dancing lessons, Sydney Morning Herald has reported.
The 46-year-old actor feels the “sissy” comment had hurt his ability to dance.
Jackman signed up for dance lessons the next day and went on to win a Tony Award for his singing, dancing performance as Peter Allen in ‘The Boy from Oz’. (ANI)
