New Delhi, Feb 16 (IANS) It was a sunny Tuesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 9.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average, the weather office said.
There would be mainly clear sky throughout the day and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 25 degrees Celsius, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 81 percent.
Northern Railway said that the movement of trains were not affected as the visibility in the morning was recorded at 2,000 metres. Flight operations were also reportedly unaffected.
Monday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 23 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season’s average, while the minimum temperature settled at 10.1 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season’s average.
