Talks were pragmatic and forward-looking: BSF DG

New Delhi, Sept.11 (ANI): Asserting that the talks with the Pakistani delegation were cordial, pragmatic and forward-looking, Border Security Force (BSF) Director General D.K. Pathak on Friday said that they have resolved all issues during the meeting.

“The meeting was held in a very cordial and very constructive atmosphere. We have resolved almost all our issues,” Pathak told the media here.

“The positivity of the meeting was the fact that the meeting was only scheduled to take place yesterday…we met today also. This is something unusual,” he added.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said the Indian forces will not fire the first bullet along the border.

Singh said Pakistan must ensure that terrorists do not infiltrate into India from its territory and added that both nations should be united in controlling terrorism.
