The makers of ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’ keen to make sequel

Sudhir Mishra directed ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’ made in 2003 but released in 2005.

The film, which had a strong, gripping story line, won hearts of critics and audience alike.

Now the sources claimes that film may have a sequel to it.

Actress Chitrangada Singh who stunned everyone with her outstanding performance with her debut ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’.

Sources says, “Sudhir Mishra is keen on making a sequel to film. He has already started scripting and will soon start working on this project soon.”

According to reports, Chitrangada won’t be a part of the sequel.

‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’ featured Kay Kay Menon, Chitrangada Singh and Shiney Ahuja.

Set against the backdrop of the Indian Emergency, the movie tells the story of three young people in the 1970s, when India was undergoing massive social and political changes.

The title is taken from a poem by Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib.
