The Village of SouthFields takes to the streets

On June 6th, The Village of SouthFields celebrated their Second Annual Summer Street Festival. As families grooved to the music of Brent Miller Live, the Model Home street came alive with games, face painting, burgers and dogs and of course, candy floss! This exciting family event is typical of the great life at this award-winning master-planned community in south Caledon. Created by two of the GTA’s premier builders; Monarch and Coscorp in a caledonmagnificent rural setting, every detail at SouthFields has been thoughtfully designed to create an authentic “village” ambience. From the welcoming gates to the spacious neighbourhood streetscapes, planned village stores and lush green spaces, SouthFields offers the perfect setting for outstanding family living.
Much of the area surrounding SouthFields has maintained its unspoiled beauty. Residents can enjoy hiking on over 260 km of multi-purpose public trails, riding their horses along The Caledon Trailway, picnicking beside The Forks of the Credit and camping at Albion Hills. The 800 km Bruce Trail, Canada’s oldest and longest hiking trail traverses Caledon, meandering from Mono Centre to Cheltenham area.
