Two hurt in ATV-dirt bike crash in Whitchurch-Stoufville

Investigators with the York Regional Police Major Collision Investigation Unit are seeking witnesses following a serious collision between an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and a dirt bike in the Town of Whitchurch-Stoufville.

On Sunday, August 21, 2016 at approximately 4 a.m., officers responded to an address on Woodbine Avenue in Whitchurch-Stoufville in regards to a collision between an ATV and a dirt bike. The drivers, a 22-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, were both found with life-threatening injuries and were transported to hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police are being asked to please come forward.
