Quetta, Feb.7 (ANI): Pakistan Frontier Corps and the police personnel killed two suspected militants and arrested 35 suspects during an exchange of fire today.

The law enforcement agencies were conducting raids in various parts of the city following yesterday’s suicide attack in Quetta.

The arrested suspects will be interrogated by the security personnel with regard to their alleged links to outlawed militant groups, reported The Express Tribune.

Frontier Corps spokesman Khan Wasey claimed two Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan members were killed during an encounter with the security forces.

Four security personnel and a 13-year-old girl were among those who lost their lives in the attack targeting a Frontier Corps convoy.

Around 35 people, including 15 Frontier Corps personnel, were injured in the attack. (ANI)
