Urdu writer Nida Fazli passes away at 78

Mumbai, Feburary 9 (CINEWS): Fazli is particularly known for his relationship with the late ghazal artist Jagjit Singh. Prestigious Urdu and Hindi artist Nida Fazli kicked the bucket in Mumbai on Monday at 78 years old. Conceived in Delhi on October 12, 1938 and brought up in Gwalior, his unique name was Mukhtda Hassan Nija Fazli.nida

Writer Nida Fazli passed away in the wake of affliction from a heart assault.

Nida Fazli started composing from an early age and in the wake of finishing his graduation in Gwalior, he settled in Delhi. Fazli is particularly known for his relationship with the late ghazal vocalist Jagjit Singh.

Some of his mainstream ghazals incorporate ‘Hosh Walon Ko’, ‘Tu Is Tarah Se Meri Zindagi Mein Shaamil Hai’ and ‘Kiska Chehra’ to give some examples.

He has likewise composed verses for well known movies and Television appears. He composed the title tune of TV serials like ‘Sailaab’, ‘Neem ka Pedh’, ‘Jaane Kya Baat Hui’ and ‘Jyoti’.
