The City of Brampton is hosting its 2nd Annual Reverse Vendor Tradeshow and seminars on Thursday, May 2 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at City Hall, to help connect vendors with the people, tools and processes for doing business with the City.

If vendors have goods or services they would like to sell to the City of Brampton, but are unsure of how to do that, then May 2 is a date for their calendars. Those interested in attending must register online at www.brampton.ca/ReverseVendorTradeshow.

At the tradeshow, representatives from City divisions will be available to answer questions and provide information on doing business with the City. Vendors will have the opportunity to connect with City staff and learn about the types of procurement they can bid on.

Short seminars running concurrently with the tradeshow will focus on how to do business with the City.

More than 120 new vendors have registered with the City since The Reverse Vendor Tradeshow was introduced in Brampton last year.

Staff will be available to help vendors register on the BidsandTenders.ca website.

Underground parking is available at 2 Wellington Street West and at 41 George Street South.

Every year, the City procures more than $250 million in goods, services and construction, if you have something of value to offer Brampton, here’s your opportunity. -CINEWS
