‘M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story’ is inching close to dethrone Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’.
Salman-starrer remains the highest grossing film of this year.
Aamir Khan, director of Dangal, must be watching the proceedings closely!
Dhoni biopic is a career boost for leading actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the rumour is that he wants to hike his fees for future ventures.
Why not? He has established himself as one of the hardest working Bollywood youngsters who left no stone unturned to bring the life of Dhoni to silver screen in a way even the cricketer would have never imagined.
And he does have all the right reasons to do so but reportedly some producers are unhappy with the actor’s decision, especially because SSR has gone ahead and doubled his professional fee.
Reports suggest that the actor is now asking for whopping Rs 3.50 – 4 Cr for a film.
The CEO of a top production house has expressed his apprehension.
Speaking to a tabloid he said that it is a standard practice of the actors to demand a higher price if their movie enters the Rs 200 crore club. “But the problem here is that Sushant thinks the film has become a hit because of him, not for MS Dhoni,” he added. – CINEWS
