In an interview to a newspaper, the actress said that Bollywood is an unstable and an unpredictable industry and that one is constantly faced with the fear of not getting offers. She told the daily, “You are busy with projects on one day, and there are times when you don’t have any work.”
The actress also said that since the industry is obsessed with beauty and female actors beyond 40 don’t really get to play the lead, she is worried about growing old as well. Kalki, who has not played the a lead in a romantic film yet, also said that movies about people in their 40s and 50s falling in love should also be made in Bollywood. “CINEWS”
