Witnesses sought in Mississauga collision probe

Mississauga, April 29 (CINEWS): Investigators from the Peel Police Major Collision Bureau are appealing for witnesses of a motor vehicle collision that occurred in  Mississauga.

On Friday, April 29, 2016, at approximately 6:50 p.m., a serious motor vehicle collision involving multiple vehicles occurred at the intersection of Britannia Road and Latimer Drive in Mississauga.

Three victims were taken to local hospital with  injuries. A fourth male victim, 21 years of age was, however,  found without vital signs  at the scene. Due to the life saving efforts of emergency personnel, the victim was resuscitated and transported to a Toronto trauma centre, where the victim remains in serious life threatening condition.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision or who may have information about the actions of the drivers prior to the collision.
