Chandigarh, May 17 (IANS) In a security breach, a young man on Thursday threw ink on Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar during his visit to Hisar town, following which the former was arrested.
The Chief Minister had gone to Hisar, nearly 250 km from here, to participate in a roadshow in the evening. He was seen wiping off a few ink stains from his face, including forehead, with a handkerchief.
Khattar later drove in an open jeep in the town for the roadshow.
