Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker make it legal with courthouse wedding

A month earlier, Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian exchanged vows in Las Vegas following their appearance at the Grammys.

Their wedding was an impromptu affair with the couple’s only requirement being that they wanted an Elvis impersonator to officiate. That wedding, though, was not legal as they did not have a wedding license at the time.

However, the duo clearly wants to make it legal as fast as possible as they went to a courthouse in Santa Barbara.

As per E! News, Kourtney’s grandmother Mary Jo Campbell (MJ) was a witness at the ceremony.

Another source reportedly told E! News, “Kourtney is over the moon and so excited to start this next chapter with Travis. They were excited about this day and madly in love.”

Kourtney and Travis are yet to make an official announcement about the ceremony, pictures of the bride with veil and a minidress have been doing the rounds on social media. Travis looked dapper in a back suit.

After the wedding, the couple drove off in a convertible movie style complete with a sign that read, “Just Married!”

It is reported that this was just the legal ceremony for the couple. They also have plans to host an intimate wedding with close friends and family later but for now it seems the couple just wanted to make it legal before it all.

As per the report in E! News, Kourtney’s sisters and mom were likely not present at the ceremony. This is the pair’s second ceremony. The couple eloped to Vegas in April 2022, as they “didn’t want to wait another second”.

Travis and Kourtney made their way to the altar less than two years after they started dating in December 2020. They made their relationship public by posting about it on their Instagram in February 2021. This is Barker’s second marriage and first marriage for Kardashian.
