Neil Diamond who is 75 has been in the music industry for 50 years.
The iconic Sweet Caroline singer recently announced that he is going on a “50 Year Anniversary World Tour” beginning in April 2017.
The tour will officially kick off on April 7, in Fresno, California, working its way through major cities in North America including Nashville, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and New York’s Madison Square Garden.
And after closing out the North American leg of the tour at The Forum in LA, Neil will move on to his European and U.K. dates, which have yet to be announced.
The Rock and Roll and Songwriters Hall of Famer has sold over 125 million album around the world and has been honoured by many prestigious awards committees, including the Grammys and Golden Globes.
The singer, who is best known for singles like “Sweet Caroline” and “Shilo,” was also honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Kennedy Center in 2011.
