For anyone wanting to have their say about the changes coming to the autism program, attending an autism consultation round table discussion for stakeholders local MPPs should be on the calendar.
As part of its move to improve the Ontario Autism Program, the provincial government is holding round tables in various communities to engage with parents of children with autism.
One such autism consultation roundtable for Mississauga Centre will be held at MPP Natalie Kusendova’s constituency office at 10 Kingsbridge Garden Circ. Unit 708 on April 24 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Additionally, the province is offering engagement via an online survey and telephone town halls starting in May. The consultations will run for one month. The survey will be available on May 1 at ontario.ca/autism. -CINEWS
