Pedestrian Safety Month

Careless drivers should be fined! But what about careless or distracted pedestrians? Shouldn’t they be fined too? Running across the street, walking with headphones in your ears are among the many hazards of driving. Don’t see any city clamping down on that. Accidents are not always a driver’s fault but you rarely hear about pedestrians being at fault.
