Peel Police Investigators from the 21 Division, Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested seven individuals involved in a kidnapping incident in Mississauga.

On Saturday, April 10 at approximately 4:00 p.m., police say they were contacted regarding an adult male kidnapped in Mississauga. A complex 14-hour investigation led to the victim being located on Sunday, April 11 at approximately 2:00 a.m., in the area of Airport Road and Morning Star Drive with severe but non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital.

As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged seven individuals for Kidnapping, Assault cause Bodily Harm, Aggravated Assault, and Assault with a Weapon.

Among those facing charges are Gurvinder Dhillon (34) from Brampton, Maninderjit Dhindsa (42) Brampton, Harpal Dhillon (36) from Brampton,  Kalib Rahi (34) from Brampton, 

Lakhvir Singh (23) from Mississauga, Jaspuneet Bajwa (29) from Mississauga  and Ramanpreet Singh (22) of no fixed address.

The men were held for a bail hearing and attended the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
