Most the actor’s fans were swooning over the pictures, but apparently a small section was not impressed with his bravado. An NGO has reportedly been offended by Ranveer Singh’s naked photoshoot and they have, in fact, even filed a complaint against the actor for hurting the sentiments of women with his photoshoot.

As per a report in ANI, an NGO has submitted a complaint against Ranveer Singh for his nude photoshoot at Chembur Police Station in Mumbai. According to the complaint, the NGO wants the ‘Gully Boy’ actor to be charged under various IPC sections (Indian Penal Code) along with sections of the Information Technology Act for his photoshoot and the NGO added that the pictures hurt women’s sentiments and it was also an insult to their modesty.

A Chembur Police Station official, has, however, stated that despite reports of a registered complaint, no FIR (First Investigation Report) has been filed yet as the police are still looking into the matter.

The official said, “We received an application from a person associated with an NGO on Monday. No FIR is registered so far. We are enquiring.”
