‘She’s drunk out of her mind!’, Kyrgios loses his cool in Wimbledon final

Nick Kyrgios berated the chair umpire in his Wimbledon final against Novak Djokovic, demanding a “drunk” woman to be kicked out for speaking during one of his service games.

Serving at a very important moment near the start of the third set after having lost the second, Kyrgios let rip at the umpire after he felt he was repeatedly distracted before serving by a female fan.

The Aussie claimed woman sitting very close to the court was speaking to him in the middle of play and told the umpire to have her removed after he held serve against Novak Djokovic after almost being broken by the Serb.

Kyrgios even pointed out the spectator, who he claimed was in the front row and inebriated. The umpire gave him a code violation for his persistent yelling and foul language as a result of the tantrum.

“You didn’t believe me!” Kyrgios yelled at the umpire. “It shouldn’t be coming down to your opinion, she is distracting me when I’m serving in a Wimbledon final.

“There is no bigger occasion, you didn’t believe me and she did it again, and it nearly cost me the game. Why is she still here? She is drunk out of her mind in the first row speaking in the middle of the game! What is acceptable?
