Police ask for help in locating vulnerable missing person from Burlington

Burlington (Jan 15) – Halton police is seeking the public’s assistance is locating a missing Burlington man.

Oneil Ramkissoon (45) of Burlington was last seen on the evening of January 14, in the area of Skyview Drive and the North Service Road in Burlington, police said in a news release.

Police described Oneil (photo above) as having brown skin, approximately 170 cm (5’6) tall, 82 kgs (180 lbs) with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to wearing a grey winter coat and grey shoes.

Oneil is vulnerable and police and his family are concerned for his well-being. He is likely on foot and there is particular concern for his well-being with the cold temperatures.

Anyone with information about Oneil or his possible whereabouts is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.
